Clear cache and cookies in Google Chrome

To clear your cache and cookies in
Google Chrome first click the Chrome menu on the browser
toolbar. Mouse down to “Tools.” If you’re using a Chromebook, you may
need to select “More tools.” Select “Clear browsing data.” The “Clear browsing data” dialogue will
appear in a new tab. Alternatively you can save yourself a
few steps and reach this dialogue directly by using a keyboard shortcut: Windows/Linux: Ctrl+Shift+Delete
Mac: Cmd-Shift-Delete
Chromebook: Ctrl+Shift+Backspace Use the menu at the top to select how far
back in time you want to go. If you’re clearing cache and cookies to try to fix an issue, try shorter date ranges before selecting “the beginning of time.” Make sure that the boxes are checked
beside “Empty the cache” as well as “Delete cookies and other site and plug-in data.” You can also delete other types of
browsing data on this page by selecting the other checkboxes. When you’re finished checking boxes
click “Clear browsing data.” Depending on how much data you’re clearing, this may take up to a few minutes.
